It is placed at the exit of the stunning area, allowing for horizontal bleeding of the animal and the transfer of animals to the bleeding elevator.
Composed of:
- Tubular frame with adjustable height feet.
- 2 parallel chains connected by polyethylene profiles, acting as a conveyor belt.
- Water spraying devices for cleaning the belt.
- Inverted V-shaped bottom trough with a lateral channel: on one side, it evacuates the blood from bleeding, and on the other side, it evacuates urine and excrement.
- Driven by a 1,1 kW geared motor.
- Control panel with start, stop, and emergency stop buttons.
- Electric speed controller.
- Constructed from stainless steel AISI-304, sandblasted finish. Stainless steel A2 fasteners.
