Machine designed to easily remove the skin from sheep. Suitable for sheep of all sizes.
Composed of:
• Guides for floor and aerial rail support structure attachment, with a chassis that moves along the guides.
• The chassis incorporates a work platform, a drum for rolling the skin, and the machine's control electrical cabinet.
• Vertical movement of the chassis by means of 2 hydraulic cylinders.
• Rotary movement of the rolling drum by means of a hydraulic motor.
• Operation by means of a hydraulic group, with a support chassis, solenoid valves, and hoses connecting the group to the hydraulic cylinders.
• General electrical panel for controlling the machine's operation.
• Control electrical cabinet, located on the work platform, with:
- Manual / automatic selector
- Start button
- Stop button
- Reset button
- 2 cycle start buttons.
- Emergency stop button.
- Lever control for manual operation.
- Emergency and thermal indicators.
• Constructed of AISI-304 stainless steel, sandblasted finish. A2 stainless steel fasteners.
