Machine designed to easily remove the skin from sheep.
Composed of:
- Vertical guide with a translating carriage actuated by a 1350 mm hydraulic piston.
- Clamp attached to the translating carriage, with automatic opening and closing, to grasp and roll up the animal's skin.
- Rotating hydraulic motor to turn the clamp.
- Operation through a hydraulic unit, with a support chassis, solenoid valves, and hoses connecting the unit to the hydraulic pistons.
- Electrical control panel.
- Constructed in AISI-304 stainless steel, sandblasted finish. A2 stainless steel fasteners.
The arm movements are adjustable, allowing for variations in:
- Upward speed
- Downward speed
- Rolling speed
- Unrolling speed
